Favorite sushi restaurant in Spokane

Silly that you can’t leave a 5-star review unless the entire restaurant is veggie-based. As someone who has traveled to Japan multiple times, I can say without doubt, this is the most authentic sushi restaurant in Spokane. Many veggie and vegan options, our favorites include the miso soup, Curtis roll, cucumber salad (comes with seaweed salad on top, ask to remove it if you’re not a fan), veggie tempura (note, the tempura dipping sauce has fish sauce in it) and the agedashi tofu (with no Bonito flakes, note the dipping sauce has fish sauce in it).
