A little sketchy but tasty - Edit
As an Oregonian, I was a little nervous about them enduring I was vegan and felt I had to use the "allergy" claim. After telling the waiter I was allergic to fish and saw the sweet potato roll is topped with eel sauce, he kept saying "I don't think so" when asked if the roll itself had fish, but did not seem very willing to check with the chefs, despite it being an "allergy".
Read moreUltimately, I do think the sweet potato roll I got was vegan and the seaweed salad at the salad bar is apparently vegan (but is a little too sweet). The roll was really tasty. I would eat here again, but be very cautious.

Cons: Waiter didn't seem to want to confirm vegan, May not be careful about allergies

We love eating here. Buffet with options that will definitely fill you up. I always feel like Jabba the Hutt when I leave here.

Plenty of vegan options to choose from, definitely enough to make a good meal and have a different experience each time you come. They have a salad station with ginger dressing and even a dessert roll with mango that’s delicious!

Update 6/9/23: lowering rating from 4 to 1 star. Per comment on my review, the eel sauce used on the sweet potato roll is not vegan even though the menu lists specific items as vegan. Very disappointing. If this changes in the future, I will update my review again.
Read moreWe went for “all you can eat” lunch. Vegan items are clearly marked. I really enjoyed the sweet potato roll. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely go again.

Eel sauce is vegan its the sweet potato that is not vegan. It has a tempura batter on it that contains egg.
