good and pricey - Edit
The chef prepared a 16 piece veggie set for me which was delicious, mostly avocado (the staple) with grated carrot. Excellent. The reason I'm giving only three stars is the price. With a beer my meal cost me 420 pesos, which, as of '15, equals 42€/47$ = just too damn much.

Very expensive sushi done well - Edit
This place is a great find in Ushuaia. Their menu is very small, and they don't have many options for sushi (veg or not). They basically have three sizes of sushi platters, and it's a set price for each one. They use limited ingredients, but do a really nice job of putting everything together. I brought my own vegan mayonnaise from the health food store nearby, and they were more than happy to put mine together using the vegan mayo. The staff was friendly, the ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was wonderful. If it wasn't so expensive, I would be back again soon.
