Sushi Blue

Sushi Blue is a relatively new restaurant located inside the Blue Lake Casino. The staff makes a fantastic effort in accommodating vegan diners. Wait staff are knowledgeable about how to make a menu item vegan. There are vegan options on the menu as well as a special menu every Wednesday. The Wednesday menu includes many unique vegetarian items, most of which can be made vegan.

It was Wednesday, April 17th, 2024 when I dined here. I had the grilled artichoke with soy aioli followed by the veggie-tastic roll, both off the special Wednesday menu. Both were delicious!

Pros: Knowledgeable wait staff, Creative, delicious food
