Serves meat, vegan options available. Asian fusion restaurant serving sushi, poke bowls, noodles, curries, and more. Tofu and veggies are available as a protein for hot dishes. Imitation tuna, made of marinated tomato, is featured in several of the vegan & vegetarian sushi options. Curries are coconut milk based. Online ordering allows customization by allergen, so it is easy to ensure there are no animal products used. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm.

UPDATE: I’d rather just get veggie sushi from a grocery store. The veggies here have tasted oddly bland the last two times I’ve visited.

This is probably a good place for vegetarians, but it was a struggle as a vegan. The server didn’t know what on the vegetarian menu was actually vegan, so I went pretty basic. Host tried to seat me at the bar that was completely full when half of the tables were empty. I usually would opt for bar, but when there’s more opportunity for space, I’ll take a table, if it doesn’t take up a two top for a server who needs seating. Took 20-30 min to get a cocktail after ordering. The food came out fast though. The server was not very attentive. I’m a pleasant and gracious person who does not ask for a lot and tips well. I’m not really compelled to return, even though it’s one of the only veg options in walking distance to the hotel I frequent.

The Indian restaurant in the same plaza is not bad. I’ve only eaten there once so I don’t want to give it like a full endorsement but it may be worth a try. I’ve stopped eating at sushi in the park after an off-putting experience with one of the servers. I go to Masa sushi instead now but it might not be as conveniently located.

Terrible customer service, steer clear. - Edit
JOY the hostess at the front has a completely disgusting and nasty demeanor. I called in to complain about her poor customer service to management CAM and they gave the worst excuse for her behavior. Stating that she is the “sweetest, kindest hostess they have on staff” as opposed to apologizing and addressing her on her rude attitude. He also went on to say that he behavior was excused because she had just had an encounter with a doordasher who was rude to her. Regardless of how someone treats you prior to the customer you are interacting with, that is no excuse to be disrespectful and rude to the person you’re currently speaking with. I would not recommend anyone do business with this establishment and I will be leaving a review on the BBB website as well. Absolutely horrendous and unprofessional “business” practices.

Poke and sushi - Edit
Unfortunately, items are not labelled as vegan. From asking, I've been told that the tempura batter is vegan, but the ponzu sauce (served on the "Mama said eat your veggies" poke bowl) is not vegan.

Excellent Sushi. Lots of Options - Edit
One of the best sushi places in the triangle for vegans! They have 7 vegetarian rolls, 6 of which are vegan as is. They also have coconut based curries, poke bowls, and hot dishes. Because of covid, we were told to order online, but they would bring it to the table. Their online ordering system has options to remove certain allergens from the order, so I was able to ensure that no egg, dairy, or fish based sauces were used on my sushi. Our server was very helpful in answering my questions too. The sushi was excellent! I can't wait to go back to try some of the hot dishes.
