staff knows what vegan means and is able to adjust your order as needed. i love the avocado rolls and the chow mei fun w veggies and tofu (ordered meatless, no egg, no fish sauce) : )

Great tofu dishes - Edit
Come here during their lunch specials and enjoy the tofu dishes. I also liked the veggie sushi quite a bit. My partner is picky and enjoyed it as well.

General Tso's - Edit
Asian restaurant with a separate vegetarian section on the menu, most of which is vegan. I tried the General Tso's Tofu and sweet potato sushi. They were both really good. I recommend for a vegan Chinese takeout option.
