Vegan menu - Edit
The vegan menu was automatically offered with the normal menu. There were about 5 sushi rolls to choose from and several other dishes and sides. The food was delicious and the service was friendly

Best Vegan Menu - Edit
Sushi and Salad has the best vegan menu and is definitely worth a visit. I've brought my non-vegan friends here and they have been so impressed with the vegan options, they didn't mind not having the traditional meat and fish dishes on the menu. The meals are beautifully presented and the owners have managed to maintain the brand across the three restaurants they now have - Ely, Stamford and Saffron Walden. They offer an intimate and upmarket dining experience which is also great value. I love the Vegan Monday Roll, and the Mushroom Tempura Roll.

First time I've been out for dinner in Ely and taken a while to decide - loads of choice! Clearly as much care put into vegan options as non vegan ones😄

I’ve had a few bad experiences with poorly made vegan sushi in the past and convinced myself I didn’t like it - Sushi and Salad have completely changed that opinion!
Read moreAbsolutely delicious gluten-free ‘Vegan Monday’ uramaki rolls, with allergens being handled with great care and modifications explained properly. Felt really well looked after rather than the usual experience of feeling like I’m inconveniencing staff by having dietary requirements.
Definitely will be back and can’t recommend enough!

They have a separate vegan menu and we ordered the sharing platter, which came with lots of different sushi styles and was perfect amount for 2 for lunch.
