Try when you're at Parlor

This is a nice find on the second level of Parlor bar. Very interesting atmosphere, not too expensive, helpful staff in making things vegan.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, What can be made vegan is very good

Cons: More vegan options would be great

Simply good

Three out of four stars. I got the bibimbap with tofu and my boyfriend got rice and tofu. The staff was very nice and let us transfer the egg that came with my dish to my boyfriend at no added cost. The tofu had a great dry rub seasoning on it and the veggies were very good. There are two sauces at the counter that you can put on your dish.

Also, it is located inside Parlor, which is a rather upscale food court. It has a great atmosphere.

Pros: Easily veganized menu, Great location

Cons: Served in throwaway bowls
