Plentiful vegan options

We stumbled upon this little strip-mall place on a frigid January evening when we were jet-lagged and starving. Its main appeal was the location very near our hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food (veggie spring rolls, drunken noodles, and red curry) and by the friendly, attentive service. As vegans, we sometimes struggle to find good options, but STB staff were knowledgeable and prompt in assuring us that tofu could be subbed for animal protein in our main dishes to make them completely vegan. Everything was delicious. Decor was simple but rather charming. We hope to visit again when we're in the area.
