An all-vegan bistro and bar that features a themed itinerary--from a baconut butty (Britain) and tofu curry (India) to spicy chili & tortilla crisps (Mexico) and lasagna (Italy) to the NYC hot dog (America). Excellent!

It's great to have a vegan restaurant in Crouch End, and such a good one. I had a steak and ale pie, and a chocolate mousse. All good.

Heartwarming and great food

Delicious food! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. It feels a little bit like home when you're there - you can taste and see the love in what they do and before covid they organised great events like vegan wine and cheese😄I used to go nearly every Sunday to their old booth near Finsbury Park and was really excited when they created a restaurant. Never a disappointment!
We love the Sundae by the way :)

Great place!

The perfect vegan bistro for Crouch End! Excellent customer service. Dog friendly too which is always a plus - they even gave us dog treats! Overall banging food & great atmosphere.

Awesome food

Enjoyed a wonderful meal here yesterday before going to Ally Pally. Wonderful food with friendly staff and enjoyable ambience. Highly recommended

The heist

Step one
We enter the gallery as tourists, selfi sticks and Nikon cameras getting tourist shots of ourselves next to all artworks, exits and cameras
Step two
We return, every week or so for ‘dates’ in this time we get to know the staff, who’s on at what time and where
Step three
Using our previous built knowledge we break into the gallery, one of us hold the guards hostage while the other using box cutters to take the canvases from the walls
Step 4
Escape. Now we’re on the clock, 4 minutes before police arrive. It quick change time.
Step 5
We meet up with colleagues, already in drag they give us heals and outfits and we take off our masks to reveal make up, we hand over the paintings and enter a club.
Step 6
Once the heat is off and the coast is clear we exit the club and Uber home

Heist complete

Also the food is lovely and the staff are friendly. Really nice place

Pros: Perfect plotting location , Staff know to keep quiet about what they hear , Coffee is well balanced

Delicious beyond burger! 🥇 🏅

Great place to go on a date, really nice vibe in here, the food being even better!

Its cozy and will lit for dates or having a catch-up with a friend(s).

Food was very tasty, I had the burger which blew my expectations 👍🏿

Delicious food, friendly staff

I visited the restaurant for dinner with three non vegans (my husband and another couple). I was a delicious meal - I had the Ultimate Lasagne which was superb. The rest had burgers which were also delicious, made with the Beyond Meat pattys. We also all had dessert - I had a peanut and banana sundae. They all loved it as well and we will definitely be returning.

Totally vegan, spoilt for choice!

Great local place, it has brunch, lunch and dinner menus, coffees and a wine list so is there for any occasion! The toasties are great for lunch and I’ve also had the full English which really hit the spot. The mushroom curry was a highlight when I met friends for dinner recently.

Mostly really really good

In our group of a mix of vegans, veggies and omnis the food went down really well except the hotdog - I liked it but my very meat-loving nephew didn’t... I think there are hotdogs out there that would convince a meat lover, but maybe this one was healthier?!? However the avo on toast, cheese and ham toastie, yoghurt and granola were absolutely spot on and yummy!
The chips were also a bit too dry for me, but my son LOVED them so just goes to show! You can’t please everyone.
I love having a local completely vegan place so will definitely be eating there again!

Excellent food

The tofu curry was delicious and exactly what I needed. The brownie was also great. I'm so glad this place is within walking distance from my flat.

Lovely place

Went here for lunch and had the week special milkshake and the tofu curry, both of which were delicious. The woman who owns it was really lovely and friendly and really good advising what's also gluten-free for me. The market is nicely set up - all inside with lots of pop-ups which will be there for varying amounts of time, seating for about 20 or so people, with plans for extension downstairs too. A really nice addition to the area.

Vegan Food Comes to Holloway Road

Supplant Foods is based in The Junction on Seven Sisters Road, which is a great space (converted from an old bank). The Junction offers a wide variety of foods, and Supplant does not disappoint. An extensive menu of tasty vegan dishes is on offer, ranging from their bacon butty made from banana and coconut, their spicy vegan chilli and declicious vegan shakes. Good prices and very friendly staff. A good addition to the area

Great addition to the Market

Junction Market brings some welcome gentrification to Seven Sisters Road with a cosy indoor food market offering global cuisine, of which Supplant offers a veganised capsule wardrobe (capsule pantry?) of India, Mexico, Italy, UK and US. Their lasagne is a richly textured, herby stuffing-esque mince topped with a creamy coconut-based cheesy bechamel, attractively presented with a pomegranate-studded side salad.

There's shared seating so patrons of all vendors can dine together. Note that the market seems to be unlicensed.

Pros: Friendly, speedy service

A must-try new vegan start up

I visited Supplant on their opening day at The Junction Market, North London a few days ago.
What a fantastic new eatery with everything on the menu 100% vegan and ethically sourced.
I loved the choice of foods on their menu and decided to try their Lasagne & salad. It was made up of thick layers of deliciousness and I'm sure non-vegans would have been equally happy!
I will definitely be adding it to my list of regular places to eat.

Pros: Extensive menu for a small pop up venue, All the food looked delicious, Staff were friendly and knowledgeable
