Unique flavors and GF treats - Edit
On a recommendation my partner and I ordered sandwiches (space cowboy and banh mi) plus a ton of baked goods to take on our road trip. Both sandwiches were outstanding. I was happy to be able to order mine with gluten free bread. The treats really shine. Especially the gf cinnamon rolls.

We had the BBQ tempeh sandwich and the spinach and artichoke scramble. We also had the butterscotch pie for desert. Soooooo good. 10/10 the food just tasted fresh and the restaurant was so cute. Nice to have a vegan restaurant that has healthy options and not have everything be fried.

Flavors are delicious, staff friendly & Bloody Mary available for breakfast! I love the mini apple pie, Elotes plate & breakfast tacos are so yum with crispy potatoes! Will try something new next time.

The last time I ordered from Supernova was when it was a food cart on SE Woodstock. Today, I ordered the Space Cowboy sandwich, which is "crispy BBQ tempeh topped with jalapeno citrus slaw, warm BBQ sauce and melted Chao cheese all on a toasted ciabatta bun." I didn't think the tempeh was crispy. I was worried the slaw would be spicy, but it wasn't at all. My favorite part was actually the bun. My least favorite part was how messy it was to eat. I also got a Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie which was a little dry.

Incredible food!!!! The breakfast sandwich is amazing. I came here with my mom and dad for a breakfast date. I’m vegan and my whole family is vegan. Their dessert is awesome! The apple caramel pie is delicious. Thanks for making such great vegan food and thank you for protecting the animals and our earth!

Avocado toast was amazing! Burritos are huge with multiple layers of flavors and a bit spicy. Mac and cheese was pretty good as was the cake.
