As the first comment says, the camp's little store has tofu, an argeta pate with olives, hummus, cheese and a lot of fruit and vegetables.

Surprisingly good choice of vegan items - Edit
We stayed at the campsite and honestly did not expect anything, because the shop is super small and located at one of the most remote places you could imagine. To our surprise the shop was better equiped with vegan items than some of the big supermarkets in Croatia. They not only had soy milk, but also hummus, tofu and even vegan cheese slices. The restsurant of the campsite also has vegan options: one burger (unfortunately sold out when we were there) and gnocchi with fresh truffle and truffle oil (really tasty)!
