So good it'll surprise meat-eaters - Edit
Finally a place that uses no oil, no sugar, low salt, no MSG, no meat, no egg, no dairy, and no additives. Only WFPB dishes that tantalize the tastebuds with a variety of textures and tastes in every dish. Guilt-free food at a modest price.

A very special Place to go - Edit
I visited this superfast super food store in Xi'an, and it’s honestly one of the most unique place I’ve ever been to. They had a mission of health above everything, without compromising on taste. They cooked with no oil, no sugar, no meat, no dairy, no eggs, no additives, and no MSG. In this fiercely competitive world where everyone is finding ways to make more money, it’s really rare to find a refreshing and pure restaurant like this.
Read moreI’ve been eating at this restaurant for quite a while and the food there is both creative and unexpectedly delicious. The Jacieana Hot Sauce was one of my favorite products there. At first, I was skeptical about an oil and sugar free hot sauce because all the hot sauces here in China are always full of oil and all kinds of seasonings, and that’s what I believed made them tasty. But this hot sauce proved that it can still taste amazing without that stuff. The refreshing flavor made me addicted to it. I also liked the roasted peanuts and couple of other snakes over there, very creative and very tasty. For the meals, the Superbowl and the WFPB Cheezy Corn Grits with Tofu Scramble were the two most memorable ones. The Superbowl is probably the most nutrient packed thing I’ve ever eaten. They told me it has over 10 superfood ingredients oats, buckwheat, quinoa, sweet potatoes, bananas, three kinds of whole seeds, nut milk, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, etc. It’s dense, hearty, makes you feel very full, and was honestly very good. I loved the cinnamon taste in it. The Cheezy Corn Grits with Tofu Scramble is the best vegan dish I’ve ever tasted. It tasted exactly like cheesy food, with a hint of sweetness from the corn. I couldn’t believe there was no dairy or oil in it. They use tofu, nuts, and some clever seasonings to mimic that cheesy vibe, and it’s honestly genius. I was also lucky to try their WFPB cheezecake, and it was absolutely mind blowing. They cooked it without any flour, sugar, oil, eggs, or anything you’d use in a normal cake. It had nuts, dates, and tofu in it, but it tasted very much like a proper cheesecake, and I couldn’t taste any bean flavor at all. It was just amazing.
What I love most about this place is how authentic it feels. They clearly has a strong passion for health and cooking. Everything is so intentional, from the ingredients to the way they prep the food. So, if you’re looking for a spot that’s 100% committed to health and still has amazing, fresh, and delicious food, you should visit here someday.
