非常素, at 黄浦区徐家汇路618号下二楼亚洲馆, was Taiwan Brothers 7 re-branded in 2015. Food is vegan, using some mock meat. Some English spoken, with English-Chinese menu. It's situated inside a food mall consisting of multiple levels (can easily get lost inside), on level B-2 at the DaPuQiao subway station off line 9 - head to Exit 2 and turn right into restaurant area just before exit escalator. review by H.S. this super vegan restaurant turned me (a semi vegetarian) into a vegan. the food is simply very good and tasteful!! also very much to choose from. the staff is friendly. all this for a reasonable price.

Follow directions below and when in the food court turn left. English speaking staff and extremely friendly, and even showed me the way to another nearby vegan restaurant for dinner. Service is perfect. Gave me a free appetiser juice too! I ordered:
- skewers with prawn and beef
- crispy skin tofu roll
- Guangzhou fried Rice
- mango soy milkshake
Second visit:
- Tangerine braised beef
- Broccoli with crab and sweet potato
- strawberry soy milkshake
The Dapuqiau area really good for vegan food!
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, Picture menu is very appetising!, Very easy even if you don't speak the language
Cons: Tricky to find, so follow the directions carefully

Location is a little bit tricky to find, but worth the effort.
Ford variety and flavour was great. Personnel bent over backwards to help.

All vegan, English menu without too many mistakes, a server who speaks flawless English. What else do you want? Definitely worth a trip and not too hard to find.

Better than Before! - Edit
Super Vegan had previously been named Taiwan Brothers 7 vegan restaurant. They have remodeled and expanded their previous location in the basement of the DaPuQiao Mall (Level B2).
They now have more seating capacity. In addition, we think they have actually improved the taste of their food. It does not seem to be as oily as it was before.
The portion sizes are about the same as before; perhaps a bit on the small side. however, the price is consistent with other vegan restaurants in the area.
The day we were there they had an individual whose English was good. With a menu in both English and Chinese it is easy to order. They advertise no meat, dairy, eggs, etc. We confirmed this several times with the staff.
We're glad we decided to stop by and see how they were doing. We did not know they had upgraded their facility. While there, they also told us they are opening a location in Hangzhou. We'll have to get over there and check them out!
Pros: Price, moderate, English speaking staff/ bilingual menu, Location easy to get to from subway
Cons: location can be hard to find
