Vegan Chinese food restaurant at LianHua Commercial Center, at 西湖区 莲花街333号. Offers picture menus in English and Chinese. Note if you want cold water you will have to buy it at the Family Mart next door, the restaurant only serves hot/warm water. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Hidden Gem in HZ (Even for non-vegetarians!) - Edit
This place has clean delicious chinese food that all happens to be Vegan. The atmosphere is relaxed with friendly helpful staff. I would be more then happy to take visitors to Hangzhou both vegan and non vegan alike! The sweet and sour spare ribs are a must, but everything I've tried on the menu is great. Typically people are doing a small hot pot with veggies, but I haven't tried that yet.
Pros: Foreigner Friendly Menu with pictures and English
Cons: No cold water, probably because it's "not healthy"
