The best vegan Banh Mi I've had - Edit
I had this Bahn Mi about a year ago and then again more recently, and it's still just as good! So fresh, sweet, savoury, spicy, crispy - all of the things! Highly recommend.

super fresh - Edit
Great option for lunch in Castlemaine if you feel like something light and fresh but filling. There was a small crowd waiting outside for their orders when we visited on a weekday in early January. All the dishes seem to be freshly prepared but I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my bún. The panfried sticky tofu is absolutely delicious and the salad came with 3 thick slices. Tender thin rice noodles, topped with fresh veggies and herbs and a dressing made with vegan fish sauce. My husband thought $15 was a bit expensive (again, country prices!) but when he saw the size of the dish, he agreed with me that it’s a good value lunch! Would try the bao or banh mi another time but they all have the same filings so lack variety for vegans is one downside. Would be great to have a yummy eggplant option for bao, for example.

Yum!! - Edit
Fresh, tasty herbs, peanuts and delicious flavours. I had 2 tofu bao buns. I look forward to trying the vegan pho, banh mi or bun (noodle salad) next time.

The tofu banh mi or bao are delish! And the noodles with tofu and dressing is so refreshing in the summer.

DELICIOUS! - Edit
Came here for lunch while visiting Castlemaine for a week. Wound up coming back every day for the rest of my trip. The sticky wok fried tofu bao's and banh mi's are absolutely delicious and so cheap as well! Best value for money place I have been to in ages. Staff are also very friendly and service is reasonably quick. Can't recommend it enough!
