Sunshine Seasons - Epcot Resort

Great place for vegans they do a vegan korma with rice which was fab and they do a tofu flatbread in sunshine seasons.

Sanaa, Tusker House, Jiko, Ohana, and the 50s PrimeTime Cafe will provide you with a more memorable and special dining experience in the parks and hotels (with solid vegan options). But Sunshine is great when you need quick and tasty hot vegan food without having to consult with a server or the chef. Good-sized portions too! Fill up here and get back to the rides or drinking around the World Showcase

Plenty of delicious vegetarian food and a few vegan sides (black beans, flavoured rice, vegan beef noodles) and great selections of salads to go as well as fruit and veg (tiny kids carrots, yum!). The chef was very helpful pointing out what was vegan and I also picked up some vegan chocolate w/ rice crisps in it (like Nestlè's crunch) and some vegan lollies. There's lots of gluten free/sugar free goodies too!

Sunshine Seasons is a large food court at Epcot located near the ride Soarin. The food is quick and affordable and quality is good compared to most places in the parks. They offer quite a few vegetarian and gluten free items. The Roast Beets and Goat Cheese Salad with Honey Sherry Dressing for $8 was delicious. The faux beef with stir fry noodles was fair. My husband had the Oak-grilled Vegetable Flatbread Sandwich served with a potato salad for $9. Once again it wasn’t bad and after a few days of eating Disney food was actually a treat.
