The deli does offer soy cheese, but as it's not my favorite and I'm vegetarian, not vegan, I asked about the other cheese choices. All of their deli cheese that is made of dairy contains rennet. I figured a health food store that does somewhat cater to vegetarians would offer at least one dairy option without rennet. For the price of a sandwich here, you'd hope.
