Title says it all - excellent breakfast sandwich. They also have a handful of other vegan options as well as plant milks and smoothies. Coupeville is such a cute town and it’s so nice to have food options when I come visit!

Cute wee coffee shop with various items for sale as well. Have alternative milks as well as a vegan breakfast option and 1 vegan baked item. Pantry items for sale also included some vegan options. Solid choice for a stop on whidbey island.

Clearly labeled menu. Several different takes on avo toast (vegan or easy to modify), hefty vegan breakfast burrito. All of the smoothies are vegan. Excellent espresso with plant milk options.

Though I wanted a breakfast burrito they were “out” 10 am. Apparently they only make a certain amount for the day and keep them cold in the case until someone orders. Instead I got the bagel breakfast sandwich and took the advice of the staff member and added veggies. It was delish with the addition of greens, avocado and red onions. They also had vegan mayo.

Great to see a coffee shop that offers a hot breakfast that isn’t just oatmeal. I had the breakfast sandwich (Beyond breakfast sausage, Just Egg, vegan cheese, and vegan mayo) on a plain bagel and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are also avocado toast options and a veggie breakfast burrito that I think are vegan.

Sunrise has a couple good breakfast offerings for vegans: creative avocado toast offerings that either are vegan or can be modified to be vegan; a vegan breakfast sandwich with Beyond sausage, Just Egg, and vegan cheese; and a breakfast burrito with similar ingredients plus potato and salsa. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had the breakfast burrito, which was very tasty and moderately spicy due to the salsa.

They have all kinds of plant milk options as well as a new vegan breakfast sandwich and a few rotating baked good that are labeled plant based. I go here every weekend for an oat milk latte!
