Supreme wholefood plant-based meals in a beautiful relaxed setting with warm friendly staff - Edit
We recently tried Sunshine Yoga Cafe for the first time and we loved it! They've created such a wonderful space for a relaxing meal and the food was immense. What makes it so exceptional is that they rise to the challenge of making dishes which are both wonderfully wholesome and, at the same time, fantastically flavourful. They've got a great range of dishes - we couldn’t resist the look of the trio of house salads which were set up behind the counter and we also chose a bowl of the Grounding Dahl as we wanted a warming dish and the combination of the two turned out to be a beauty. Their cake/treat counter is a vegan paradise full of all the things you usually can't find anywhere else. Couple that with some lovely hot and cold drink options, and super friendly staff, and you've just found one of Cornwall's finest options for a healthy, incredibly tasty, epic breakfast or lunch!

Lovely place and delicious food - Edit
Cute space with delicious food options - a little on the pricy side but worth it. I’d say the food is like home meals but restaurant quality and I love that about this place

Unimpressed - Edit
unimpressed
Read morewe travelled 70 miles to come here. 5 minutes late for breakfast and the cafe was empty, sadly they wouldn't do us a breakfast even though we travelled here especially. we ordered the nourish bowl and Dahl, and both were like soup. the nourish bowl lacked any flavour as it was overpowered with chilli. The two women spent the whole time [censored] about other people.
overpriced mush!
Pros: 100% vegan
Cons: Overpriced , Lack of flavour understanding , Bitchy atmosphere

Great food BUT.... - Edit
The food here is next level good, especially the homemade sausage and sweet potato hash, however and a big however they dont accept cash. If we had known this before hand we wouldnt have gone. Not accepting cash may not be a deal breaker for many people but it would put me off from visiting again, not that I am local and could easily anyway. We were about to have a very long journey home and I was wanting a portion of a particular salad for the road however was told they couldnt do this unless I got all three salads for a set price, we would have also got some cake for the road however the lack of flexibiltiy about the salad put us off. The service from front of house in general seemed a little off/cool which is such a pity as the food really is exceptional 5*+.

Beautiful atmosphere - Edit
We had two different dishes here and they were both super tasty. The food arrived quickly and the staff were friendly. The yoga facilities looked good and i think a yoga class and then some of their food would be a winning combination!

I haven’t eaten a meal here yet, but I love coming along and reading my book while I sip on a coffee and eat a vegan cinnamon roll! Such cosy vibes!

Love this place! - Edit
Oh, how I wish I lived locally! Such a lovely café - beautiful decor, relaxed, friendly vibe, delicious food and amazing selection of coffees, teas, juices and healing lattes. We had the salads, dhal, houmous and sourdough bread, followed by a dirty chai, matcha latte, chai latte and scrummy cakes. Well worth a visit. Next time I’m coming for a yoga class too!

Nice food - Edit
Good food, good choice. Cakes were delicious. There’s no parking so could be hard to get to, on a dry day this won’t be an issue.
