Definitely recommend the toasted blue coconut! Made with spirulina powder for the color and toasted coconut for the texture...yum.

Vegan Ice Cream Shop - What a treat!! - Edit
They have a pop-up store location and a cart. They are open Fri-Sun but hours vary so check their website or Instagram. They had a special with vegan donuts and sprinkles mixed in for a “confetti ice cream” the day I went. They also will add some hardened vegan chocolate on top for no extra cost!!

The lady selling the ice cream was very sweet and explained the flavors/ingredients.
