Tasty Vegan Hash, but could use some protein

This dish tasted GREAT, was filling, and had generous sides of really tasty guac and some tomatoes (see photo) but if they could just even add some black beans to this for some protein, that would be awesome. Even a side of black beans that you could mix in yourself would be good.

Pros: Tasty food, Friendly service, Hefty serving

Cons: No substantial protein included, Food took a while to arrive because it was busy
