Pretty flavorless - Edit
Wouldn't recommend this spot, the ramen was flavorless, the noodles over cooked and the veggies as well, they weren't fresh. Nice to find a spot in the burbs with a vegan option but they can do better.

Good ramen bowl - Edit
Vegan ramen bowl with tons of veggies, rice noodles, and some tofu. Vegan sushi options also available. Usually not busy and quite tasty.

Pretty good - Edit
I ordered the edamame and vegetable ramen (made with a vegetable broth). I added fried tofu and spicy miso. It was pretty good, though without those additions and soy sauce it would have tasted kind of bland. They didn't charge extra for my additions.
Read morePros: Vegetable ramen is vegan, don't upcharge for more, Can customize and add more ingredients to ramen, Edamame is good
Cons: Veg ramen without spicy miso and soy sauce bland
