Simply The Best - Edit
I have been shopping with Mark(the owner) ever since Sunrise opened. A fantastic oasis in what is Bournemouths vegan quarter, with both Mad Cucumber and Twelve being less than a five minute walk away. Incredibly knowledgeable about all things vegan and stocking a wide selection of completely vegan foods, drinks and zero waste products. Great selection of artisan cheeses and the best vegan Yorkshire puddings I’ve ever tasted. I moved to the countryside three years ago, but still visit whenever I’m in town. Businesses like this are rare and need to be supported by anyone who has any investment in this kind of lifestyle.

Well stocked all vegan shop in the centre of Bournemouth. Good range of products, some that were new to me, as well as zero waste and refill items. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We treated ourselves to some of the fudge which was delicious. They had a varied range of independent artisan cheezes, I wished I could have taken some away with me but sadly I had no fridge whilst travelling. Next time! Dogs are allowed in whilst you peruse the shelves.

Vegan grocery store in Bournemouth! - Edit
A neatly kept, zero-waste, all-vegan shop with fresh, organic produce, a bulk foods section and a good selection of vegan groceries. Good brand names and many interesting items I haven’t seen before (frozen, vegan Yorkshire puddings; vegan haggis pastries; interesting spreads). Chilled, frozen, canned, packaged. Chocolate, fresh bread from Bakehouse24 (sourdough, rye, focaccia), refillable household and personal products. Pastry rolls and slices (including haggis-potatoes-gravy) and sandwiches. Handy table beside the till for ease of packing your bags and dealing with bulk bags. Excellent store, glad to find it (thanks, HappyCow and FatGayVegan).

Everything in the store is vegan. It’s a small store but a lot of different products. The prices are very good & there is also food to go. Also the salesperson is very friendly so very good mood in the store. Some vegan cheese (tastes very good) and also vegan tuna (not tried yet).

Try to do most of our shopping here. You’ll find: zero-waste refill for grains, beans, spices and household cleaners; fruit and veg from a local organic farm; fresh bread from a local bakery; cheezes, meats and snacks; and a lot more! Lovely friendly staff too.

There was a refill wall with quite a wide variation of options although not a massive number of them (there is a slightly bigger one in Westbourne). They had some beautiful dates for really good price which got me super excited. Lots of vegan alternatives, including chocolates, pantry items, fridge and freezer options and even household stuff

100% Vegan store that sells such a variety of products. From skincare to bakery items (some gluten free too), vegan meat substitutes, the most amazing vegan chocolate, even squirty cream. The staff are so wonderful and this makes Sunrise even more special, they're ever so friendly and helpful and always putting a smile on customer's faces. They also kindly recommend great places to eat nearby if you're ever unsure just ask, they're very knowledgeable :) Thanks Sunrise Organics!
