Great vegan selection - Edit
They have a vegan item in almost every menu category, and if that item is on special (like Nacho Thursdays), the vegan version usually is too. The seitan that they use is so tender, not chewy, and has such a great flavour. The queso on the vegan nachos is ridiculously good.

Any of their burritos can be done vegan. I ordered online and marked that I wanted my burrito vegan. They made all of the necessary swaps. They even called to let me know that one of the sauces that I wanted on the side wasn’t vegan, and they didn’t give it to me. I got the domincal burrito, and it was delicious! Highly recommend.
