Good Breakfast Option in Town

I came for breakfast and although there weren’t any listed vegan options on the menu, I saw that they had tofu as a lunch protein option. They let me substitute tofu for the breakfast tacos. They came with beans, avocado and tofu (instead of eggs and cheese).

Pros: Opens early, Friendly staff, Outdoor seating

Cons: No listed vegan options (but can modify)
