Serves meat, vegan options available. Small Mexican cafe with plenty of vegan items and a menu which can be customized. Vegan options include burritos, tacos, tortas, bowls and more, with tofu, veggies, beans and quinoa as some vegan base options. Some non-custom menu items are vegan, including the veggie burrito with beans, veggies and avocado. Some, but not all vegan items are marked on the menu. Also offers coffee and tea with plant-based milk. Open Mon-Thu 8:00am-8:30pm, Fri-Sat 8:00am-9:00pm, Sun 8:00am-8:30pm.

Not the most flavorful

I had the enchiladas with tofu and they were good, but lacking in flavor. When I added the salsa to them they were better. I’d go back if non-vegan friends/family were in town, but may not order from there just for myself again.

Pros: Options, Fast, Large portions

Cons: Lacking flavor

Appreciate the effort for vegan options, but disappointing

Items on the Vegan menu are not vegan😒we order one of everything on the vegan menu and my son was SO excited foe the potato rolled tacos. When we got home I took a bite and instantly knew the potatoes were either mixed with some cheese or a heavy about of butter. I called and they assured me that there was no dairy used. Then 3 minutes later they called me back and apologized and explained that they mash the potatoes with butter😒

My husband did love the veggie burrito, but missed the rice (they use chicken stock in their rice) but appreciate that they have quinoa to sub for it.

We have been back in since that first time trying and I reminded them that they need to remove the potato items from their vegan menu. They didn’t seem to care😒

Cons: They use butter in some “vegan” items😒, They use chicken stock for their rice

Delicious and Fresh

A go to Mexican spot! Quick, easy, and delicious! The potato hard tacos are a surprise star! But the Baja burrito with quinoa (add tofu) is a standard. And their chips and pico and hot sauce is 😍. LOVE Sunnie’s!!

Pros: Separate Vegan Menu, Knowledgeable Staff, Loads of Customization

Cons: Rice with chicken broth, what?!, Not tons of indoor seating, but grab and go
