Small health food store inside the Ski Storsenter shopping centre. Has mock meats, vegan cheese and chocolate, beauty products. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-9:00pm, Sat 9:00am-6:00pm.

Small shop but they have some nice products - Edit
This little shop has got some vegan cheeses and mock meats. A lot for Norwegian rural standards. However if you are used to foreign shops in for example Germany or Sweden you might get disappointed, But this is Norway. And this is the only place I have found Violife and DVS products in this area (apart from Oslo). EDIT 10-06-2016 Now there is another sunkost nearby that also sells Violife.
Pros: Has Violife and DVS products, Close to other shops
Cons: Expensive, Small
