Favorite place to eat in Foley

They have a great selection of vegetables to add to your rice or salad bowl, along with offering tofu as a protein. As a vegan living in the area, this is one of only two places I eat consistently. Also the family who owns the restaurant is very sweet

Pros: Variety of options, Fresh food , Great presentation

Great Vegan Option in Foley/Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area

Sunflower is pure delight in an area void of vegan options other than salads & pizza. Their food is very fresh and beautifully presented. During our 4 month stay, we drove 30 min to eat here a minimum of 3x/week. Brought our omni friends here and they loved their food too. You physically feel good after eating their food. I would have preferred brown rice but that didn’t keep me away.
