Very very long wait - Edit
I hate to give such a low review to an all vegan place but the wait time here is way too long. I also think the hot chocolate really wasn't want was advertised, I ordered the smore hot chocolate mainly because of photos on Instagram and it had a big toasty marshmallow - my hot chocolate had none of that. I waited over an hour before going up to ask where the food was and was then told they forgot to put the order in - it then took 15 mins or so to come after that. They did offer to give me a free drink but the drink wait time was about 20mins.
Read moreI was here so long that I got a parking ticket!! That's how long the wait was. Again the food was decent and for just some toast and avo I would think a 20 min wait max. I do feel sorry for the people working as there just wasn't enough staff.

Sundays Norton - Edit
I’ve been to the Guisborough branch before and really enjoyed their pancakes. This time I headed to the Norton cafe to try something different, I understand a Newcastle cafe is opening soon too. It is busy! Expect to wait for a table at weekends. I sat out in the garden area but you do need to order at the till. Quite difficult to wait in line whilst not getting in everyone’s way due to the layout. And as I was on my own, someone had taken my table by the time my order was taken and I’d returned. Made for an awkward encounter and they were none too pleased although I’d offered to share the table 😟 I had the pesto toast at £8.50, disappointed it was just one small slice and was not filling. The pancakes at £10 are huge and seem much better value. The iced Macha latte, with the recommended added macadamia syrup, was delicious. 3.5 ⭐️
