A bright spot in Grand Forks, BC - Edit
The Sunbean is a new (late 2010) vegetarian restaurant in Grand Forks. The specialize in takeout food although do have both outdoor seating at picnic tables in summer and inside bar-style seating year round. Everything is made from scratch with love. There are many vegan and gluten-free options on the menu, including baked goods. They are now open seven days a week - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and portions satisfying. Hopefully in time they will expand in location size and menu options.
