Vegan Udon was very good - Edit
A few vegan options to choose from. I chose what seems to be the lightest one, the vegan udon, but did not disappoint. It was very hearty and flavourful, included good amount of udon, soy meat and vegetables, all in a tasty broth! Mentions that vegan options take 15 minutes but it was out within a few minutes for me. Only downside was the queue but that seems to be the reality during peak season.

Excellent vegan options while skiing - Edit
Wow! Blown away by how good their vegan menu is. Usually I’m settling for fries on a ski day but the vegan curry and the soy rice bowl were killer!

Very good vegan options - Edit
Had a great vegan curry which was surprisingly interesting flavours for a unremarkable-looking Japanese ski field restaurant (it is rare for them any to serve anything more than accidentally vegan potato fries), it was so good I next ordered a soy mince rice bowl which was also very good.

Only vegan option on the mountain - Edit
The vegan options are limited but good. Only option on the menu is the Vegetarian Curry (which is marked vegan.) They also make a vegan udon with mushrooms, but they don’t always have the vegan broth so you’ll need to ask. Staff are very kind and provided clear explanations of options when asked.

I was so happy when I saw this dish in the middle of a ski resort. It was pretty tasty. But only one option.
