Only vegan option on the mountain - Edit
The vegan options are limited but good. Only option on the menu is the Vegetarian Curry (which is marked vegan.) They also make a vegan udon with mushrooms, but they don’t always have the vegan broth so you’ll need to ask. Staff are very kind and provided clear explanations of options when asked.

Delicious coconut curry - Edit
I was so happy when I saw this dish in the middle of a ski resort. It was pretty tasty. But only one option.
