Veggie buffet restaurant in downtown near the 228 Peace Park and Presidential Office Building. Pay by weight. Enormous selection. Plentiful seating, with an upstairs as well.

Food is fine, cleanliness not so good. - Edit
I've eaten here a few times. It's okay for a quick cheap meal but last time I visited there were 3 rat droppings on the table where I and other customers were eating. I get that it's by a market and rats and cockroaches are always a problem, but I was definitely grossed out.

A huge range of food for reasonable money. And most of that is delicious. It depends what preferences you have. But it's definitely worth to visit.
Pros: lots of vegan and vegetarian options, sweets, vegetables, fake meat, lot of tofu options

Spoiled for choices! - Edit
Great varieties to choose from. They do not add strong seasonings to the cooking. Do not feel thirsty after eating. Free soup of the day. Pay by the weight of your food. Their congee is nice but serving is a bit small, estimate 250ml size.

Great buffet - Edit
This small restaurant offers an enormous selection of vegetarian food, not all vegan. It was difficult to decide what to try - sampling a little of each would have been too much. What we did take was excellent. It is good value for the money. White rice is extra, not by weight. Seating is at communal tables.It can be crowded. The Chinese name of the restaurant is 三來素食館.
