Good Food, But Disappointing Service - Edit
Visited Sunlife Total Health Juice yesterday. The shop has a nice selection of herbs, health products, and Ital/vegan food. The kale patty was very good, and the soup was delicious. We also bought mixed plates—most of the food was nice, but the pumpkin rice seemed old, hard, and gritty.
Read moreThe food is sold by the pound at $12.99/lb. For a small box, the value feels a bit high. The server at the counter only said “it’s by the pound” instead of clearly stating the price, which caused some confusion. While we could have followed up and asked, clear communication is part of good customer service. His attitude toward us wasn’t welcoming, though it noticeably shifted to a friendlier tone when serving another customer.
On the positive side, I also bought roots made in-house, which felt fairly priced at $4, $7, and $15 for a large.
Overall: the food was tasty and worth trying, but customer service and value could use improvement. We came in with good vibes and left with the opposite.
Pros: The kale-filled patty was good, soup delicious, Nice selection of herbs, Ital food, vegan options, In-house roots drinks are tasty and decent price
Cons: Server’s attitude was unwelcoming., Pumpkin rice tasted old and gritty., 12.99/lb feels overpriced for small portions

The food is absolutely amazing. I didnt know about this place until I found it on, "Happy Cow!" I have been going regularly, ever since. The staff is wonderful. Each day there's a different menu. They also sell a large array of, teas and supplements. They have a juice bar, too. I love this place!!

Every day there is a set menu, order dishes and pay based on weight. Most things we tried were excellent, some needed more salt. All food was vegan. Would have again! No sit in space, some health food items for sale. Affordable and flavorful.

What a delightful little spot with amazing food. Passing through from up north and passing through the bond got hungry. This place has amazing vegan Ackee patties😍 I am definitely coming back and ordering a case.
