There’s about 3 different ready made cold vegan salads to pick from. I’ve had the crunchy noodle asian salad. It lacked flavour but it was good option to have in a very limited food court

Sumo Salad in the Sydney international airport (departure) has 2 ready made vegan salads. Only ever ordered the Asian noodle salad. It’s average, but at least there’s 2 vegan options. Actually filing. Otherwise all dairy and stuff

I had the vegan noodles, which were served cold. The coldness of the noodles wasn’t bad in the end. But, spice should be added to the noodles as they almost tasted like nothing. But, I did enjoy my meal as I was starving, and the smallest size filled me up.

Great Vegan options before a flight - Edit
After being very disappointed with some horrible gross food at a nearby restaurant (Joe & The Juice) I stumbled upon SumoSalad (it wasn’t yet on HappyCow, which is why I didn’t go here first). What a delight to find a place with fresh, healthy ingredients, many vegan options which were all clearly marked, descent coffee, and juices.
