Tasty vegan food - Edit
The menu is large with lots of variety, all vegetarian. with fake meats. The location on the map is the big under construction hotel building next door, we needed to walk a little further down the street to see this restaurant. We ordered some extra to take away too

Inexpensive, delicious Buddhist food - Edit
This is the only vegetarian option I saw in Yinchuan which is a city very focused on meat (lamb/mutton in particular).

Four of us ate here very cheaply and we had lots of food.
The Yinchuan locals that we brought with us were shocked at the food and hadn't imagined veggie food could be like this.
The name of the restaurant (for Baidu maps etc) is 水萝卜素食餐厅.
