Stopped during a very long road trip for a hopefully yummy plant based coffee from a local vendor and they did not disappoint.

Large Vegan Pastry Selection - Edit
Their entire daily pastry case is vegan. The best selection is in the morning. All of the case pastries come from Miss Chickpeas in San Antonio and are very good! They also have bottled Kombucha and plenty of drinks that can be made vegan with plant milk substitutions.

They do also have pre-made meat sandwiches, and I noticed that the pre-packaged baked goods are NOT vegan… so just double check whatever you’re getting is what you’re expecting.
Pros: Good selection of yummy baked goods, Plenty of drink choices
Cons: Pre-packaged goods aren’t vegan, A little on the pricey side
