Food on the road-Marco Island - Edit
Vacationed in Marco Island recently(2/2014)-always stressed about traveling due to being raw foodie. This place does not really advertise-but has organic produce; juice bar; smoothies. Family owned but hidden from view. Diamond in the rough when in Marco Island. Highly recommended. They have been there forever.

Not sure if you are aware, but Naples has a fairly new All Raw Restaurant called Cider Press Cafe. Unfortunately, its all the way up on Immokalee road but well worth the drive. Enjoy your next visit on Marco!
