A solid choice with lots of vegan options - Edit
I was delighted and suprrised to see SO MANY CLEARLY MARKED VEGAN OPTIONS!!!!
Read moreExcellent vegan tempura, ramen, and even a special vegan sushi roll featuring cream cheese and veggies. Prices are very reasonable. The service has been consistently good (we have the same server every time and she is always very kind and attentive). It's a small place, but very comfortable, and they have privacy screens to separate parties at the large communal table which was a very thoughtful touch.
Pros: Lots of clearly marked vegan options, Reasonable prices, Food's always good

lots of options - Edit
love all the vegan options and that they’re labeled. vegans can order from every section of the menu- sushi, salads, ramen/soup, & appetizers (not desert. an old menu showed vegan mochi, but it is not vegan)
Read morei got the vegan dragon roll. i wish it tasted more like seaweed, but it was good. for my meal i ordered the vegan curry ramen. so delicious! not very spicy but super flavorful. i got it with double fried tofu instead of eggplant. i didn’t think the tofu was wet and bland like another reviewer wrote. i would definitely be back if i lived closer.

Authentic Chinese food! - Edit
Upon entering the stuff we’re friendly & the place was very clean. Most of the food was great, the fried tofu was wet & bland. We tried multiple dishes & will be back for more!

Bad - Edit
I could’t find better vegan options in the area and decided to grubhub this. The best thing from my order was a side of white rice. Vegan Gyoza & vegan spring rolls were ok, wouldn’t buy again but totally edible. I liked the Vegan Curry Platter except that on the app there was no way to say no onions. Otherwise it was ok, tofu was ok. Not spicy. My omni husband tried it and said he didn’t think vegetables could taste any worse, but this place somehow managed to do it. Ouch. He got the Vegetable Tofu Nabeyaki Udon. It tasted like fish, really disgusting. He thought he would throw up from eating it. It is marked vegan in grubhub but I am certain there was fish sauce and the app didn’t have a way for me to specify vegan, I thought it would be fine because these dishes were marked vegan in the app.
Read moreMy husband’s words: It’s the apocalypse and your vegetarian (might want to rethink this) and the only thing open is Sumi Ramen. You use your last few minutes of internet connection to read my review. Skip any/all vegetarian dishes and go right for plan while rice otherwise you will get dehydrated from diarrhea and barfing.

Lots of Labelled Options! - Edit
I’ve been craving good vegan ramen, but I’ve found nothing near me…until Sumi Ramen! There’s far more than just ramen - many vegan appetizers, curry, teriyaki, udon, sushi, etc. Food is fast and not too expensive. Will come again!

Read reviews that the staff was nice, thought nothing of it till I went and was greeted like family lol. Asked for my name and came around the counter to hand me my food and give a fist bump with light conversation. Very nice staff. The dumplings were honestly kickass and very uniquely flavored however they were small. If these were your regular sized dumplings they’d be the best in the business imo. The curry was very good too, plentiful and filling. And the price is very very reasonable. All-in-all a great experience and would order again!
Also VERY CLEARLY labeled vegan options “(Vegan🥦)” so its easy to feel comfortable knowing its safe to eat.
Options for gluten-free ramen and add ons make this a great spot for any diet.
Pros: Clearly labeled vegan dishes, Super Welcoming Staff

Super authentic. Super delicious. - Edit
This place is absolutely a new weekly visit for me. I wish I had discovered it sooner! I would have rated it 5 stars, but Happy Cow only allows 4 stars for restaurants that aren’t fully vegan. On the topic of vegan, the vegan options are plentiful and absolutely the best in the state. I genuinely can’t even describe how good the food was, just go and get some. You’ll see. Additionally, the restaurant itself was beautiful and the staff was really friendly! An absolute must. You’ll be hooked on the first visit.
