Vegan chaufa with tofu - Edit
I had the chaufa with tofu and you could tell that all ingredients were fresh and it was prepared with care. The place seems to be still new so probably needs time to pick up but the place was totally empty and the service was quite slow. In fact the staff disappeared at some point so I had to look for them in the kitchen to ask the bill. But again food was good.

Extensive menu with a lot of Peruvian dishes. We had quinoa soup, olluco cream, anticucho de Saitan, and Lucuma smoothie. They all tasted great!

So excited to see a few vegan restaurants in Cusco and this was our first pick. Great menu with several Peruvian interpretations but also other cuisines. Had to try dishes from every course. Left very full and happy.

Tiny restaurant with a large number of options. Very tasty food and friendly atmosphere. A little hard to find, as it's hidden down a side street! But worth seeking out.

Such an extensive menu it was hard to choose. I had the anticucho de seitan, which was delicious, slightly spicy and beautifully presented. I also got the piqueos to take away for breakfast.
