Italo-perouvian fusion done right

Suma offers quite a few vegan options to choose from and they all have very distinct flavour profiles which make them stand out. Everything was delicious, fresh and in a lovely atmosphere.

At the time of this review, there are 3 vegan starters to choose from.
- A vegan empanada filled with mushrooms -very tasty.
- Cassava fritters with guacamole - my favourite. Nice and fluffy and not too greasy at all, highly recommended!
- Plantain cups with 3 different fillings - great if you want to try a few more exotic flavours and can't decide which one to get.

The quinoa salad is also tasty, and fresh. A great choice if you want something lighter.

This wraos up the perouvian side of the menu.

Next up is the Italian.

They have 4 different kinds of pasta that you can choose from (all home made). Cacao spaghetti, Mafaldine, Casarecce and Orechiette.

These, you can pair with one of the 3 vegan sauces they offer.
We chose the Mafaldine with Ortolana sauce - stir fried veggies and cherry tomatoes.
But will definitely return for the spaghetti as well.


All in all, quite an experience, lovely atmosphere great view onto the Moselle and really lovely owners.

Absolutely recommend.
