Vegan lunch

They have clearly marked vegan dishes: different spreads, a salad with smoked tofu and a vegan dessert, which is different each day. The vegan salad consisting of green leaves, nuts/seeds and smoked tofu was delicious. Apparently they grow the veggies themselves so you can even take a walk in their veggie garden if you wish.

However, I don’t understand why some chefs still think that vegans only eat leaves and that we don’t need protein and carbs like everyone else. Adding some brown rice, quinoa, sweet potato or something to the salad would have made it more filling. Thumbs up for the tofu but I wasn’t full at all after the meal and took a slice of orange-chocolate cake, which I shared with the other vegan in the group.

Pros: Vegan dish on the menu, Vegan dessert, Plant m*ilk for coffee

Cons: Vegan = green leaves, Expensive, Main course not filling
