The best restaurant in Glasgow, vegan or otherwise! - Edit
I’m not vegan but my husband is and this is by far our favourite place in Glasgow. The staff are amazing. The food is incredible. It’s such a cute venue and an amazing atmosphere. I dream of the curry laksa constantly. We have made it a bit of a family tradition to go here on Christmas Eve for the amazing salt and chilli Brussel sprouts (I look forward to them all year!) even if you’re not a vegan, do yourself a favour and run, don’t walk, to Suissi

Birthday meal to remember - Edit
First of all we booked last minute then half our party ended up 20 mins late due to bad traffic - the staff were so kind and accommodating. The atmosphere in the restaurant was comfortable and relaxed and not too crammed.
Read moreThe food was delicious - every single dish was full of flavour. I can’t choose a single dish as a standout as they were all amazing, but if I had to pick one it would be the satay tofu starter. We didn’t have room for dessert, but I’m certain that would have been great too.
The cocktails were equally good - the sesame espresso martini was a beautiful balance of flavours and the lychee cosmo was fruity and sweet although perhaps too sweet for some (not a problem for me).
Would thoroughly recommend.
We paid £131 for a group of 6 which included drinks, and it was £46 for starters mains and cocktails for myself and my partner which is incredibly reasonable for such an excellent meal.
All of us are keen to return and try something else from the menu!

My go to and fave restaurant!!! - Edit
I have been to Suissi multiple times and tried a range of their menu. All of the food is super yummy and also fresh. I recommend all of the soup based noodle dishes - my top two would be the Curry Laksa and the Spicy Sour soup, both with their handmade ramen noodles. I also love the Tofu Parcels, Gyoza and Thai Green Curry. They also have fab specials and tasty cocktails. The staff are always lovely and welcoming and give good recommendations. It remains me (vegan) and my (non-vegan) partner’s favourite place in Glasgow (:

The best food anywhere, ever - Edit
I love this restaurant and the food is absolutely sublime - so full of flavour. The people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable/enthusiastic about their food. My favourites are the Rendang, crispy beechwood mushrooms and Cantonese noodles they are soooo good its hard to vary from this but everything I've tried has been delicious. Wish I lived closer. 🤗

Worth the wait - Edit
We’ve been waiting to visit when things calmed down with the pandemic, and it was worth it. Food was freshly cooked and delicious with plenty of options. We ordered the starter of tofu satay bites and the tempeh bao bun and for the mains, had Szechuan tofu and black bean tofu. I have to admit that the service was a little slow (the waiters were very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu) and we did wait around 30 minutes to receive our drinks, but coming out of lockdown with restaurants trying to function again, this was to be expected and it wouldn’t stop me going back. Very much looking forward to going again!

Yum - Edit
I love this place. Only silver lining of the pandemic is that they now offer delivery. I'm torn between getting it regularly to make sure they stay in business and rationing it so it stays a treat! I haven't ventured back to indoor dining yet but going to Suissi is always a lovely experience. Unlike other tasty vegan restaurants in Glasgow that are louder and faster-paced, it has a calm, special atmosphere with candles and soft music, and the staff are absolutely lovely.

Amazing! - Edit
I did not go in with the intention of having three courses! In fact I was a bit worried because I don't like mushrooms and there's a whole mushroom menu. But the the food is amazing for mushroom lovers and haters alike and the staff so friendly and welcoming and happy to share their favourites with you, that you may find you accidentally order three courses! 😉 You'll love them all!
