Good option close to Shuri Castle - Edit
They have a few choices that can be made vegetarian or vegan and they are clearly labelled. Quick service, good food, really inexpensive. Definitely a good option if you're near Shuri castle.

Great service, a couple of really nice vegan identified options on the menu. The peanut tofu is also vegan and is a must try.

Nice vegan curry while visiting the castle - Edit
On the 2nd floor of the building close to the entrance. After visiting the castle grounds it was nice to sit down for lunch. They had 1 clearly marked vegan curry. It was nice, it had some fruit on the side. Two other dishes could be made vegan. Menu is in English.

Nice option near Shurijo - Edit
Stumbled upon this while touring the castle. I was looking forward to the mapao tofu but it’s not on the menu anymore. They have one item clearly marked as vegan and two that can be made vegan. Overall, enjoyable!

I had the vegan curry and it was delicious. There are 2 wholly vegan options and 2 options that can be made vegan. Stumbled across this after visiting the castle and was so happy to have an option to munch on right away.

Great value, tasty & good location - Edit
Nice to have the choice of 4 vegan options here. I had the tofu curry which was tasty, and a huge portion so very filling! Great value, too. I wouldn’t travel here especially but it’s really good to be able to go from the castle. The restaurant itself was spacious and felt pretty relaxing which was a welcome relief after the busy castle!

I ordered the curry with a mango juice, the total came to ¥1,300 - very decent price in my opinion. Everything was so tasty, the tofu, the soup - I would really recommend eating here!
