Serves Chinese style soups and dishes with mushrooms, tofu, mock meats, vegetables, and noodles. Everything is vegan except for the pastries. Reported closed March 2023.

Wow, what a restaurant. They offers one of the best vegan menus I have ever seen. The different dishes were more than delicious. The stuff was very nice and the ambient high class. The price was quite good, we paid around 14€ for three dishes, but you can spend a lot more.
When you stay in Beijing you have to visit one of the franchises of vegetarian tiger it was our food highlight.

Pros: One of the best, Totally delicious , Yummy yummy 🤤

excellent food, good service, pretty space - a favorite!

I've been twice recently, and both times I was impressed by the food, the service, and the space. Lots of choices on the menu, everything fresh and tasty. Well-trained staff, charming space. I especially liked the variety of tables because sometimes in Chinese restaurants, a lone diner has no choice but to sit at a big table.

Great food, nice staff.

The food is really good and the staff there is also really nice. Good location since there's a shopping mall about a street away and it's a good place for lunch if you get hungry during your expedition. The curry soup is a must!

Delicious food with friendly service

This is my favourite place in Beijing so far, I‘ve been a few times. It‘s a nicely decorated place, tucked in the 3rd floor corner of Fullink Plaza. The service is really friendly though no one really speaks English. But the menu has pictures and you can mostly guess what things are even if they have very flowery names.
I love the Chow Mein, Sweet and Sour Soy Protein, the Mixed Vegetables in Black Sesame Oil. The sweet dishes are very very sweet as is some of the tea so not for me.
But I definitely recommend the place!

loved it

I had a tofu dish, that was amazing. I really enjoyed the food here. Nice and quiet atmosphere too. Price is midrange, even though the restaurant feels more upscale.
Highly recommend this place.

Really high quality food for the price, nice to know everything's vegan straight off.

We were in Beijing for 10 days and easily came here 4 times. We ordered the tofu burgers and the Kung Po Hericium, and the aubergines (not sure how they're prepared), and everything was divine.

We usually got a little appetizer free of charge at the start too. If I ever return to Beijing, I will definitely come back here. The juices aren't refrigerated, though (not really a con for me), so I'd advise against getting the avocado and pear

The menu has the titles in English but staff don't speak English so I'd advise knowing enough Chinese to get by in a restaurant. They're very friendly, though, and we just pointed to what we wanted and said "那个“.

Pros: Good price, High quality food, Friendly staff

Crazy Delicious

When the location near Wudaokou closed, I was glad there were other options. This chain has delicious food and a rotating menu too. Their mock meats are good, but when I'm in China I prefer the veggies dishes and bao/jiao. It's pricey for a Chinese restaurant, but two people can eat very well for under $20. So give it a try!

Pros: delicious, lots of options , all vegan

Vegan Heaven in Beijing

We ordered way too many things from the menu - I just couldn’t decide! They do have plenty of veggie options but as someone traveling with omnivores who often was limited to veggies and rice, I was especially interested in their fake meats. Had some kind of „meat“ balls, sweet and sour „pork“ and the Kung Pao „Chicken“ - all amazing! the Crispy Rice we ordered wasn’t for us, but tastes are different😄Also shared the vegetable pancakes and the Durian Puffs as desert (tastes like vanilla custard - yum!). They were also able to give us some containers to carry the left overs home. Service was super friendly and made an effort to communicate through apps. Menu is in English and has pictures.

Location: it is located on the 3rd floor of the plaza!

Price: we had 6 dishes that easily would have fed 3-4 people and came to 247 RMB only!

Pros: Lots of delicious fake meat options, Not limited to that, veggie dishes also available, Super good value for money

Best restaurant in Beijing!

We tried two differents SUHU restaurant (the other one was in QianMen) but this one is definetily the best! It was absolutely delicious, probably the best food we had in our one month trip in China!

The place looks huge and fancy but the price is reasonnable, almost cheap for what you have. Don't miss this place if you're in Beijing!

Pros: So delicious, Realy delicious!, Big menu

Fantastic vegan food

A hidden gem. 3rd floor of the building (reached via escalator), it’s the only restaurant on that floor. There is nothing at the entrance in English referring to Suhu or to vegetarian. Just walk in with confidence and enjoy a great meal!
The menu is huge, full of very nice photographs - and the food is even better than the photos look.
Prices are not cheap for Beijing. But not very expensive, and well worth the price.
Can’t wait to go back.

Pros: Huge menu of vegan options, Extremely tasty and well presented, Tranquil atmosphere

Cons: Hard to find (but worth it)

Quite Amazing!

Huge menu (2 actually). We ordered way too much food... Wonton Soup (2), some type of dumpling, Kung Pao Chick’n, Drumsticks, and blueberry cheesecake for dessert. The Kung Pao was the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. Complete honesty. Unreal! Drumsticks were below average. Wonton soup good. Cheesecake was not good at all, oddly! Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely place in shopping centre

The restaurant is really nice, like all the SUHU chain. It is clean and the food is great. All the SUHU vegetarian tiger restaurants have the same menu so this makes them very interesting. Also, the Menu is quite big, but not all the desserts are available...

Most staff don't speak English, but some of them a little. Price is ok, quality is amazing. STAFF IN THIS RESTAURANT WAS AMAZINGLY KIND AND NICE.

Really cheap at times

I have been here 3 times during my stay at Beijing 2 of which I spent less then 40¥. But first time I ordered a hot tofu dish that was humongous and as expensive. There are a lot of small cheap and very tasty dishes. So go ahead and order those unless you are with a big group of people.

Pros: Very presentable , Can be cheap

Cons: Can be expensive

Fierce Veggie Food

Su Hu (素虎) is an interesting name. It literally translates to vegetarian tiger. It's in the Fulllink Mall near the Chaoyangmen (朝阳门) station. The front is unfortunately written in the ancient Chinese script, so it doesn't even look like 素虎 out front. Just look at the photos here. It's the right place on the 4th floor.

I was quite hungry, so I had the Shanghai soup dumplings (上海小笼包), the thing in my picture which I can only translates as veggie shredded meat Chinese tacos (京酱素丝), and a fried squash and eggplant dish with a mildly spicy sauce (I don't even know how to write this one in Chinese, sorry).

I didn't try English here, so not sure if they speak it, but the staff was very forgiving and patient with my crappy Chinese. The ambience is super nice and clean, the table had so many amenities (fresh fruit, 3 small plates of what I can only describe as Chinese amouse bouche, a spoon, chopsticks, a plate, a napkin, and a cup for the free lemon hot water (tea?) they brought around. The wifi password was also conveniently written on the placemat.

Food was great, service was great, ambience was great. Just overall one of the better dining experiences I've had while in China. You don't even need to pay that much for all of this! It was only ¥112 for basically 2 people's worth of food. I paid up at the front and left very full and happy. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Pros: Tasty food, perfectly sized portions, Giant English/Chinese menu with veggies and mock m, Free Wifi

Cons: Expensive drinks

Outstanding!

This is by far the best vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to. The mock meat was actually too good and I had to double check that this isn’t real meat. Just unbelievable. The place looks great and everybody is super friendly. After reading the reviews here, I was able to quickly find the restaurant and I have to recommend it to everybody who is in Beijing. I’m a flight attendant, so I travel a lot... And this just became my favorite Restaurant on the planet.

Pros: Delicious food , Best mock meat ever , Great service

must visit restaurant

This place is incredible. Not every single dish is amazing but plenty are, especially "hericium kabobs w cumin", Kung Pao veggie chicken, and the spicy chicken hotpot w Szechuan peppercorn. If you're with a group spring for the set menu which is about 15 dishes for 6 very very hungry people. It is about 90 yuan per person for an amazing feast. Menu had huge beautiful pictures. Some dishes a bit odd (fern root noodles were too sour for me) but that just makes a more interesting experience

Pros: huge menu, delicious food, very cheap

great traditional Chinese food

The food here is awesome all vegan, mock meat. Try the mushroom dish and kungpao "chicken" staff are friendly. Don't speak English but the menu has some hilarious English. Desserts are good too. Been here several times. It's next to the building that looks like a satellite and has Starbucks on the first floor. On the 3rd floor.

Cons: expensive
