VEGAN SOFT SERVE! - Edit
Sugar Plum is incredible. They have vegan soft serve and the best blizzard I recall having, much better than dairy queen!
They also typically offer samples of their goods.
Brownies, cupcakes, et cetera... this place has it all!

Not Mind Blowing - Edit
Sadly, like all the Plums, this one just misses it for me. I've tried a lot of stuff and it was all just okay. Nothing stands out at all. I'd rather go to Mighty O or Jodee's for vegan desserts. I'll try a milkshake next time and let you know.
