Needs More Salt Bakery - Edit
There were multiple vegan baked goods. We were going to split a cinnamon roll, but I realized it had a cream cheese-like frosting (which I don't like), so my partner ate it. He said it was dry and seemed old. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. There was a lot of gravy. Unfortunately, it was pretty bland. The biscuits were moist, but i actually prefer "harder" biscuits. My partner's breakfast sandwich looked sad. The "biscuits" were like large Communion wafers, and the cheese wasn't melted.

I got vegan biscuits and mushroom gravy and a big cupcake. They were both insanely good. They also had a lot of vegan and wheat free options available in the case and a vegan section on the menu

Wow! What a find. This is not a vegan bakery but they are increasing their vegan option dramatically since they opened. We got their Cinnamon Rolls and they were outstanding. We also tried their muffins, also excellent, and their chocolate peanut bar. Cant wait to come back and have their breakfast scramble and their vegan sandwich.

Great Spot for Indulgent Vegan Breakfast - Edit
I live nearby & have been getting breakfast to-go from them about once a week - I really like both the vegan breakfast sandwich (the biscuit is crumbly but so good!) & the vegan biscuits & gravy. My partner has a sweet tooth & was pretty excited to find they regularly have vegan cinnamon rolls, too. They also have vegan cobblers/crumbles, which I haven't tried yet, and a veggie sandwich with hummus.
