I was so excited to find this vegan 🌱 based restaurant but found it did not have many veggies options .
Read moreWould recommend for vegans that miss fish or meat but not for vegans that want veggies. All I wanted was a lentil burger with avocado 🥑 and tofu.
Got fried tofu (not healthy) would go back but need to translate the menu first😄
Pros: Nice staff, Great options , Interesting location

Traditional chilean dishes veganized - Edit
Nice little place close to Cerro San Cristóbal, if you want to try some typical chilean dishes this is the place to go. Staff was super friendly, explained the differences of the dishes to me and even showed pictures online to help me choose, great service! Some fruit for desert gratis, cool! I had an Italian sandwich with seitan, the slices were a little too dense for me, but apart from that it was really good and tasty!

We tried three sandwiches, the churrasco completo, lomito Italiano, and the filet-no-fish. My favorite was the lomito Italiano; their seitan was delicious, and the sandwich rolls were thick and homemade-seeming. The prices are very reasonable, and they gave us free mandarins for dessert!

No conocía de esta sangucheria y la encontramos por “pedidos ya”. Pedimos 3 sándwich diferentes y eran muyyy ricos. Quede gratamente sorprendida. Uno de ellos era con tofu envuelto en morí frito. Me encanto porque le da un sabor del mar.

Fuimos un lunes, que se supone estaba abierto, pero estaba cerrado, esperamos unos minutos afuera por si abrían y nada. También llamamos por teléfono y nada.

We had two lovely meals on consecutive nights in this delightful restaurant. The fillet of ‘no’ fish burger was particularly tasty and very different. The chacarero was also very good. Together with free refills of chips and tea, made for a lovely introduction to the city of Santiago! The owners, Pablo and Barbara and their chef Moses, we’re so helpful to us as newbies to Chile, they actually made our stay in Santiago! So together with the wonderful food, the great surroundings and the lovely staff we highly recommend this place.
