Tasty options with staff that is aware of their vegan options

They now offer the vegan patty, meatless chicken teriyaki and meatless teriyaki steak. Additionally vegan slices (cheese) and vegan garlic aioli. So one can build a tasty sandwich nowadays, especially since they introduced the vegan garlic aioli a few years ago.

Vegan labeling could be improved for the breads. I’m glad the vegan options are in special green containers so I can see that I’m getting the vegan "meat" and not the quite similar sounding "chicken teriyaki" because the "meatless" could be hard to hear. I was happy that the person making the sandwich suggested the teriyaki sauce and mentioned that the sauce is vegan without me asking since she noticed that I just ordered vegan stuff.

They also offer a vegan double chocolate cookie.

Even though the subway is in the old part of Rapperswil it is right at a busy street and outdoor seating is not nice at all.

Pros: Multiple options, Green containers for vegan options, Vegan garlic aioli

Cons: Labeling which breads are vegan

Many possible sandwiches with decent quality

Nobody expects a gourmet meal from Subway, but a vegan sandwich (with our without Spicy Vegan Patty) from that chain is quite decent and can be varied a lot. The patty isn't hot at all, by the way. Vegan labeling should be improved, though - only one labeled sauce, no labeled bread.
