This is the local branch of a well-known sandwich chain, located a few steps from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. They offer a clearly labeled vegan burger patty, and you can make your own vegan sandwich by choosing the ingredients. They also have a vegan cookie. Don't expect anything special - if you're looking for something quick, cheap and filling, it does the job.

My first time eating at a Subway - and I see the appeal. Considering the price of the food here, it's a pretty good deal. I got a menu with a drink and a double chocolate chip cookie. Tried the teriyaki strips sandwich, with lettuce, tomato&vegan garlic aioli, and it was really good. The texture was pretty similar to chicken strips and it's definitely in a convenient location. It is a fast food chain though so of course you're better off exploring italia cuisine elsewhere if you're a tourist, but all in all it was a nice experience.

Very delicious. They have soy teriyaki and both the texture and the flavor were immaculate. Their vegan sauces include BBQ, ketchup, vegan garlic aioli, spicy sauce, teriyaki. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

Great location and friendly staff. I went here twice while in Pisa and each time the staff member was super friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, it was during the evening. The food is always fresh and well prepared. There are good vegetarian and vegan options so it's a great place for everyone. Unfortunately I wasn't able to give 5 stars as the app doesn't allow if the place isn't fully vegan or vegetarian.
